We want everyone involved in Library Week so this year we have 3 different competitions on offer and there is something for everyone!

Are you a great illustrator? Then why not enter the Graphic Novel competition, this one has two age categories so there are no excuses for not entering!

We’re asking everyone who loves their library to make a short video and load it up and get your friends and family voting!

Our Interactive Book competition is just for school kids in years 6, 7 and 8. Help create a nationwide story and win book prizes for yourself and your school library!

We will be launching the Graphic Novel & Video Competitions on Monday 20 July and the Interactive Story starts on Monday 10th August. All competitions finish on Friday 14th August during Library Week.

Movies Today

Today we are going to the Movies. We are going to see Night at the Museum 2 - Battle of the Smithsonian. It's a wet day and we are looking forward to this treat.

Today in History

Today our class visited the Historic Village on 17th Ave. Students were given an activity to complete. They had to visit various sites and answer questions about the historic attractions. The weather held out for us and we had a great day.





Tomorrow we are going to the movies to see "Night at the museum 2" Sorry guys.........no popcorn!!
